Using Laterli

You may use Laterli only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required in your country. Keep your credentials, phones, linked browsers, and registered devices secure and provide accurate account information. Review Active devices and disconnect access you no longer recognize or use.

Private messaging and scheduling

Laterli helps you send, schedule, repeat, conditionally follow up, and receive private reminders about communication. “If No Reply” is designed to cancel when a qualifying reply is recorded, but delivery can still be affected by network, device, recipient, operating-system, timing, and third-party service conditions. Time-sensitive delivery or cancellation is therefore not guaranteed. Do not use scheduling or recurrence to harass, threaten, spam, impersonate others, or evade another person’s boundaries.

Contacts, discovery, and safety choices

Usernames and QR codes help people connect. Respect another person’s privacy and do not share their contact QR code without permission. Privacy controls, contact-only messaging, mute, archive, block, and report features help you manage your experience, but you remain responsible for deciding who you communicate with.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, automate excessive requests to, or use Laterli for unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative, or harmful activity. You may not upload malware or interfere with security controls. We may rate-limit, restrict, or terminate accounts to protect people and the service.

Your content

You retain rights in content you send. You grant Laterli only the limited permission needed to transmit, store, secure, and deliver encrypted content and associated metadata. You are responsible for your communications and for having the right to send them.

Laterli+ subscriptions

Laterli keeps essential private messaging, account security, Quick Chat, Send Later, the basic Calendar, and a useful selection of Laterlis available without a subscription. Laterli+ provides additional automation capacity, Premium Laterlis, and other premium customization or planning features described in the app before purchase.

Laterli+ is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription through Apple’s App Store. The title, duration, localized price, and included benefits are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically for the same duration and your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable policies. Use Restore Purchases in Laterli to recover an eligible subscription on the same Laterli account.

Service changes and availability

Laterli may change as we improve the service. We aim to provide a reliable and secure experience, but no system is perfectly secure or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every message, notification, scheduled send, or conditional cancellation will occur at an exact time.

Termination and deletion

You can stop using Laterli and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms or create safety, legal, or security risk. Account deletion is also available through our public deletion instructions.

Deleting a Laterli account does not itself cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your Apple Account settings before deleting the account if you do not want it to renew.
