Delete your account

You can initiate full account deletion directly in Laterli: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Review the consequences, enter the confirmation phrase, and confirm.

What deletion does

• Cancels undelivered scheduled, recurring, and conditional messages.
• Cancels communication reminders and invalidates registered push tokens.
• Revokes active sessions and removes profile and device-key records.
• Deletes or anonymizes server data associated with the account, subject to narrowly defined legal or security retention requirements.
• Does not decrypt or restore history on another person’s device.

If you cannot open the app

Email privacy@laterli.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership without asking for your password or recovery key.

Laterli is pre-launch. Production response times, retention periods, and verified legal entity details will be added before public account creation is enabled.
